1. Liability
NorthPeak Query Academy provides professional education services and related materials on an as-described basis. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, the organization limits indirect and consequential damages arising from use of the services except where such limitation is prohibited. Nothing in these terms removes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Participants acknowledge that learning outcomes depend on individual effort, organizational context, and factors outside the control of the provider.
2. Acceptance
By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing materials, you agree to these General Terms and the policies linked from the footer of bestprimesystem.one. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, you must not access paid materials or attend live sessions.
3. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Seoul, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you as an individual purchaser. Enterprise customers may negotiate alternative venue language only when documented in a signed order form that explicitly supersedes this clause.
4. Service description
Services include scheduled cohorts, on-demand modules, clinics, and private workshops as described on the site at the time of purchase. Features such as mentor reviews, recordings, or travel are included only when explicitly listed for the purchased SKU. The provider may update non-material descriptions for clarity without materially reducing purchased entitlements.
5. User obligations
You must provide accurate enrollment information, respect facilitator instructions, and refrain from disruptive behavior during live sessions. You may not resell access credentials, scrape the learning environment, or upload unlawful content through forms or chat. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of accounts issued to you and for notifying hello@bestprimesystem.one of suspected misuse.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if the breaching party fails to cure within fifteen business days after written notice. The provider may suspend access immediately if required to comply with law or if continued access creates credible security risk. Termination does not remove obligations to pay amounts that became due prior to termination, and survival clauses in these terms continue where appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
All curricula, slides, templates, and recordings remain the intellectual property of NorthPeak Query Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning during the access window described at purchase. Except where a separate license is granted in writing, you may not publicly republish course materials or remove attribution notices.
8. Modifications to services and terms
The provider may update these General Terms to reflect regulatory changes or operational reality. Material changes will be posted with an updated last-revised date; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance except where prior consent is required by law. If an update materially reduces rights for an active paid enrollment, affected customers may contact hello@bestprimesystem.one to discuss proportionate remedies where feasible.
9. Dispute resolution and escalation
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct correspondence with the contact email listed on this page. Enterprise customers with negotiated escalation paths should follow the order form sequence when it conflicts with this generic process. Nothing prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under the Framework Act on Consumers in Electronic Commerce where applicable.
10. Regional consumer information
Consumers located in Korea should retain proof of purchase and refund requests as described in the Refund & Cancellation materials. Mandatory disclosures required for remote training vendors may evolve; this section will be updated when regulators publish new guidance. For cross-border purchasers, additional disclosures may apply under the privacy materials regarding transfers and processors.
1. Data collected
We collect identifiers such as name, email address, employer, and billing details when you submit forms or complete purchases. Technical logs may include IP address, device type, and approximate location derived for security monitoring. Call scheduling widgets may collect availability preferences according to the widget provider’s notice, which should be reviewed alongside this statement.
2. Use of data
Data is used to deliver programs, communicate schedules, improve content quality, and comply with accounting obligations. Where analytics cookies are enabled after consent, aggregated usage helps prioritize documentation updates. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product; any sharing occurs with processors or partners described later in this statement.
3. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing activities. Requests should be sent to hello@bestprimesystem.one with enough detail to verify identity without excessive duplication of sensitive documents. We respond within reasonable timelines dictated by Korean and applicable international standards, acknowledging that complex requests may require additional verification.
4. Contact
The data controller for this site is NorthPeak Query Academy, reachable at the mailing address shown on the contact page and at hello@bestprimesystem.one. For privacy-specific complaints, include the subject line “Privacy request” and describe the relevant program or page. If you prefer postal correspondence, use the Gangnam district address published alongside telephone contact information.
5. Third parties
We rely on infrastructure vendors for hosting, email delivery, scheduling embeds, and payment instruction routing where applicable. Each vendor processes data under contractual clauses that require confidentiality and security measures consistent with enterprise practice. We do not authorize vendors to use your enrollment data for their independent marketing unless separately disclosed and consented to.
6. Scope
This Privacy Statement applies to personal information collected through bestprimesystem.one and related enrollment flows described here. It does not govern third-party sites linked for convenience; those sites maintain their own policies. Offline engagements may be governed by additional notices contained in signed statements of work.
7. Retention
Enrollment records are retained for the period necessary to honor refunds, tax obligations, and dispute timelines, typically not less than five years for financial records where required. Marketing inquiries may be retained for eighteen months unless you request earlier deletion and no overriding obligation exists. Security logs rotate on a schedule designed to balance investigation needs with storage proportionality.
8. Security practices
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the data processed. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; participants should use unique passwords and protect devices used during live sessions. Incidents are triaged under internal playbooks and reported to regulators or individuals when law requires.
9. International transfers
Some processors may store or process data outside Korea; agreements include safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable. Enterprise customers may request a list of current sub-processors relevant to their deployment. If future regulations require localization, we will update this statement and operational practices accordingly.
10. Children's privacy
Services are intended for working professionals and are not marketed to children under fourteen. If you believe a minor submitted information without appropriate consent, contact hello@bestprimesystem.one so we can delete records where legally permissible. Age gates are not deployed on every page; parental guidance remains important for shared devices.
1. Contact for refund requests
Submit refund requests to hello@bestprimesystem.one with your order identifier, participant name, and reason for the request. Enterprise customers should copy their procurement contact when the purchase was made against a purchase order. Incomplete requests may delay processing; include the cohort name or SKU where possible.
2. Eligibility
Individual purchasers who consume fewer than twenty percent of on-demand modules within fourteen days of purchase may qualify for a full refund unless otherwise stated at checkout. Live cohort purchases remain eligible for a full refund until seven days before the cohort start date, after which partial credits may apply as described later. Private workshops follow the cancellation table in the signed statement of work and may supersede this generic policy.
3. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation document applies to fees paid directly to NorthPeak Query Academy for catalog offerings. Third-party marketplace purchases must follow the marketplace’s refund rules even when content references this site. Add-on services such as travel reimbursements are scoped separately in invoices.
4. Timeframe
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and may take additional banking days to appear on statements. Chargebacks initiated before contacting us may slow resolution because finance teams must reconcile duplicate claims. Korean statutory cooling-off rules for remote sales may grant additional rights to consumers; where they conflict, the stronger consumer protection applies.
5. Process
Upon approval, we cancel future access tokens and issue payment reversal instructions to the original payment method where technically feasible. If reversal is impossible, we coordinate an alternate settlement path subject to fraud checks. Partial refunds, when granted, are documented with a short rationale email for auditability.
6. Exceptions
No refund is available after a private workshop has been fully delivered unless a written remediation plan fails. Certificates or completion records already issued may be revoked if refunds are granted erroneously. Promotional bundles may carry all-or-nothing refund rules disclosed at purchase time.
7. Partial refunds and credits
If you attend the first live session of a cohort then withdraw for documented medical reasons, we may offer a credit toward a future cohort instead of cash. Credits expire twelve months from issuance unless extended in writing. Credits are non-transferable except where Korean consumer regulations require otherwise.
8. Digital access after cancellation
Upon refund, download links and learning environment accounts are deactivated within twenty-four hours unless technical delays occur. You should export permitted personal notes prior to requesting cancellation. Backups retained for legal reasons are not accessible as continued service.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
We encourage good-faith dialogue before payment disputes escalate to card networks. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in refusal of future enrollments. Evidence packets for disputes are assembled from enrollment logs and consent timestamps.
10. Recordkeeping
Refund decisions are logged with approver identity, amount, and date to satisfy audit requirements. Records are retained according to tax and corporate governance schedules. You may request a summary of your past transactions by emailing from the address on file.
1. Categories
We group cookies into essential, functional, and optional analytics categories. Essential cookies keep sessions secure and remember consent choices; they cannot be disabled without breaking core navigation. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which explanations are skipped or replayed so we can improve pacing.
2. Preferences
You may reopen the cookie banner through the footer link labeled Cookie Preferences to adjust analytics consent. Browser-level controls can also block categories, though aggressive blocking may interfere with embedded scheduling widgets. Your selections are stored locally with a brand-prefixed key to avoid collisions with unrelated sites on shared machines.
3. Consent
Where Korean law requires explicit consent for non-essential cookies, we surface clear accept and reject pathways before firing optional tags. Withdrawing consent does not erase legitimate business records created prior to withdrawal. Proof of consent may be retained in audit logs for a bounded period aligned with regulatory guidance.
4. Contact
Questions about cookies should be directed to hello@bestprimesystem.one with the subject line “Cookie inquiry”. Include screenshots only if necessary and redact unrelated personal data. For broader privacy questions, consult the Privacy Statement linked from the same footer region.
5. Third-party cookies
Embedded providers such as scheduling tools may set their own cookies governed by their policies. We select providers with enterprise-grade documentation, yet their practices remain independent contractual relationships. You should review those notices before booking sensitive appointments through embedded widgets.
6. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device to remember preferences or support analytics. Similar technologies include local storage entries used to remember theme selections when you opt in. This explanation is informational and not a substitute for advice from your IT department about corporate device policies.
7. Changes to this cookie notice
We may revise this notice when we add new optional measurement tools or when regulators update expectations. Continued browsing after a materially significant update constitutes acknowledgment except where fresh consent is required. Archived copies may be available upon request for enterprise procurement records.
8. Retention of cookie data
Identifiers stored in cookies expire according to vendor defaults unless shortened by our configuration. Consent logs are retained long enough to demonstrate compliance during typical regulatory review windows. You may clear cookies manually at any time, understanding that some preferences will reset.
9. Limitations
Analytics cookies provide statistical insight, not guaranteed accuracy; decisions should not rely solely on client-side measurements. We are not responsible for third-party cookie behavior beyond reasonable vendor selection and contract oversight. If mandatory law grants you broader rights, those rights prevail over any conflicting general statement here.
